Christmas is Coming!

We are already in the midst of December and the throes of Winter. For the past few weeks as the weather changed,the children have been confined to the classroom. They watch the birds feed and are now settled into a routine of work.The class is a hive of activity and all are being challenged by new work. We put up the Christmas decorations,made stars and Angels  and lovely Christmas wreaths to take home. The highlight was putting up the crib!They love the Christmas story and never tire of it.We are busy practicing our Nativity Play  for the concert on Friday!   To morrow we shall make Christmas cookies!The children are so excited at the moment and have no problem counting down to Christmas.1 It is so good to be in their midst at this very special time!
